Installation manual for Bodykit 4.8is – BMW X5 E53 2003-2007 ( facelift )
For installation you will need:
1) Hands
2) Adhesive/glue and a gun
3) Metallic rivets and a gun for it
4) Paper scotch tape
5) Electronic drill to drill correct holes for rivets
Front lip installation process

Remove the numberplate base
Do a test fit the lip can be easily “worn” on the bumper’s lower part and then you will have to find out from which side to fix the lip ( Usually it is a left side, Passenger’s side )
Apply pressure and click the lip in bumper, on the opposite side of the bumper you will need to apply pressure to the edge of the lip to install it
After successful test fit – paint the lip – and install it using adhesive
In places where the lip slack (under the license plate base) – drill 2 holes and apply rivets ( or you can use screws)
Fasten the lip from both sides using scotch tape for a period shown by adhesive’s manufacturer – after that you can remove tape
Rear lip installation

Do a test fit on both sides there are places for rives – drill it and install rivets ( install rivets only AFTER the lip is painted )
For a better fixation apply adhesive all around the inner perimeter
“Ears” must be installed on adhesive and leave it for a period shown by adhesive’s manufacturer
Arches installation
Required 1) 2) 3) 4) 5)
Arches must be test fitted and predrilled for rivets , apply adhesive all around the inner perimeter, install the arches apply rivets and fasten it with scotch tape
